Scaling by automation

Insurance companies can only counteract the increasing pressure on margins through the permanent increase in the (regulatory) complexity, rising costs for human manpower as well as the shortage of skilled workers, in the age of digitalization with a considerably higher degree of automation.

Real-time insurances by technology

Due to our ability to connect the real world with the virtual "Web-World" the intervals for all process steps are drastically shorter. This enables very short decision-making times (real-time insurance), very short terms of the contracts (in an extreme case only for several minutes) as well as the self-regulation in a damaging event. With progressive digitalization, new risks will arise, which are not insurable with customary methods or for which the classical insurance effort would be too high.

Software-Defined Insurance

It is our goal to become the leading provider of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), IaaS (Infra-structure-as-a-Service) and PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) for insurance enterprises, which on the one hand intend to use the wave of digitalization to streamline the previous business models, on the other hand, to set up new business models. This takes place in very close cooperation with Deutsche Familienversicherung AG, the established digital insurer and InsurTech. This way industry experience as well as the knowledge about obstacles with the digitalization in the end customer business flow immediately into the planning and devel-opments of Hyrance AG. Vice versa, Hyrance AG makes entire processes, such as claims processing, available as SaaS for DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG.
